Raggio Gavi is a dry white wine. It has a straw-yellow color with pale green reflections. It is made exclusively from Cortese grapes grown within the municipality of Gavi on a typical sandy soil rich in precious minerals. The wine first ages between 4 and 6 months in stainless steel tanks which exalt the aromatic characteristics. Then, it ages in the bottle for about 4 months. The result is an extremely pleasant wine, with intense aromas, tasty flavors, and a crispy acidity.
We carry out a sustainable viticulture, respectful of the environment. This wine is actually pesticide free (analysis explicitly reported on the label).
The Magnum bottle is aesthetically magnificent, has an excellent resistance to sudden changes in temperature, and favors a very stable and protected evolution of the wine, exalting its characteristics.
